Smart Cleaning, a growing commercial cleaning company based in Denver, CO, is looking for a reliable and motivated full-time Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone confident on the phone, fluent in English, and comfortable reaching out to U.S. businesses to schedule appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing
– Calling potential clients and introducing our janitorial services with a free quote offer
– Following simple, proven scripts to keep conversations clear and effective
– Scheduling appointments with decision-makers such as property managers and business owners

What We Offer
– Guaranteed monthly salary of $800
– $35 bonus for each completed appointment

What You’ll Need
– At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales
