Reddit Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Reddit Growth Specialist who understands how to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions using Reddit.

This role is focused on growing accounts, posting content, and driving traffic to our platforms.

You will start part-time, and based on performance, you will move into a full-time role.What You’ll Be Doing:

* Create and manage Reddit accounts (aged + new accounts strategy)
* Post content daily across multiple subreddits
* Research and identify high-performing subreddits
* Write captions/titles that drive engagement
* Build karma and maintain account health
* Avoid bans and understand Reddit rules/TOS
* Track which posts perform best and double down on winners
* Drive traffic to external platforms (IG / links / funnels)
* Coordinate with our content team (images/videos)
