We are hiring a **true sales professional—not a customer support rep—**to generate leads and close deals for our youth and kid sports programs (Classes, camps, birthdays) in New York.
This role is 100% performance-driven with uncapped commission. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, calling parents, and consistently closing revenue. This role is for high-performing sales professionals who can both generate leads and close sales.
If you do not have real, proven direct-to-consumer (B2C) phone sales experience, this role is not a fit. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to find parents, start conversations, build interest, and close sales—not just respond to inbound inquiries.
Compensation:
Hourly base pay+ Commission-based (UNCAPPED) — no ceiling on earnings
High performers will earn significantly above market averages

What You’ll Actually Do
a ) Lead Generation (You Create Opportunities)
-Source and engage parents via:
-Execute daily cold outreach at volume
- Follow up incoming leads to convert them
- Reach out old leads to bring them back
-Start conversations with strangers and turn them into qualified prospects
b) Sales (You Close Revenue)
-Get on calls with parents and sell directly
-Run structured sales conversations (not just answering questions)
-Handle objections confidently and close deals
-Follow up relentlessly until conversion
-Own your pipeline from first touch to payment
Non-Negotiable Requirements
a) Proven Direct-to-Consumer (B2C) Phone Sales Experience
-You have closed deals over the phone, not just supported or qualified leads
-You can clearly demonstrate past conversion rates, quotas, or revenue closed
b) Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
-Clear, confident, fluent English
-Strong phone presence with U.S. customers
-Ability to control conversations and build trust quickly
c) Cold Outreach Expertise
-Comfortable initiating conversations daily
-Experience with social selling, outbound messaging, or cold calling
-Persistent and resilient (you will hear “no” often)
d) CRM Expertise (Required)
-Hands-on experience managing pipelines in CRM tools
-Strong discipline in tracking leads, follow-ups, and deal stages
-Ability to use CRM data to improve conversion performance
e) Formal Sales Training & Certifications (Strongly Preferred)
