About the Role
We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency managing paid advertising for multiple e-commerce brands across fitness, beauty, pet care, and cleaning products.
We are hiring a UGC Content Coordinator to help us build and manage a large library of raw video footage and user-generated content across our brand portfolio. This is a communication-heavy, process-driven role, not a creative or editing role. You will be the bridge between our brands and the creators who produce footage for us.
What You Will Do
Outreach & Recruiting: Find and contact UGC creators and video contributors through platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and freelance marketplaces. Manage a high volume of outreach messages daily.
Product Coordination: Coordinate the shipping of products to approved creators. Track shipments and follow up to ensure products are received.
Brief Delivery: Send shot lists and content briefs to creators so they know exactly what footage we need.
Content Collection: Follow up with creators to collect submitted footage. Organize and upload clips into shared brand folders (Google Drive or similar).
Database Management: Maintain and organize a B-roll library for each brand. Label, sort, and tag clips so our editing team can find and use footage quickly.
Quality Check: Do a basic review of submitted clips before uploading to the library, confirming footage matches the brief (correct product, correct angles, usable quality).
Reporting: Keep a simple tracker updated with creator status, shipment status, and content submission status across all brands.
Who You Are
Excellent written English communication skills. You will be messaging creators and vendors every day.
Highly organized. You can manage multiple brands and dozens of ongoing creator relationships without things falling through the cracks.
Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive outreach. This role is about consistency and follow-through.
Familiar with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Slack (or willing to learn quickly).
Experience with influencer outreach, creator management, or virtual assistant work is a plus.
