WordPress VA / Website Assistant — Learn AI Tools & Grow With Our Agency

We are a growing digital marketing and AI agency looking for a motivated WordPress VA / Website Assistant who wants more than just a basic task-based job.
This is a starter position with real opportunity to grow as our agency grows. The right person will help with WordPress websites, website updates, content formatting, basic design/layout tasks, and other support work for client projects.
But here is what makes this position different:
We are heavily focused on AI tools, automation, smart websites, and business systems. We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable working on websites, but also excited to learn the latest AI tools and how they can be used in a real agency environment.
You do not need to be an AI expert already. We are willing to teach the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will help with tasks such as:
* Updating WordPress websites
* Editing pages, images, forms, menus, and content
* Installing and configuring plugins
* Basic troubleshooting
* Formatting blog posts and service pages
* Helping build new website pages
* Assisting with client projects
* Learning how to use AI tools to work faster and smarter
* Helping with AI-powered workflows, content, automations, and website features
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced with WordPress
* Reliable and detail-oriented
* A good communicator in English
* Willing to learn new tools
* Interested in AI, automation, and digital marketing
* Able to follow instructions carefully
