Social Media outreach

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support Instagram outreach and lead generation efforts. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, engaging them through direct messages, and helping convert conversations into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients on Instagram based on target criteria
Send daily outreach messages using provided scripts, with light personalization
Engage with target accounts (likes, comments, story interactions) to warm outreach
Respond to incoming messages and manage conversations professionally
Follow up with leads to keep conversations active and move toward booking/closing
Track all outreach activity, responses, and leads in a Google Sheet or CRM
Maintain organized and accurate records of engagement and results
Provide daily or weekly reports on outreach performance
