Experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (AI Agency – High Ticket B2B)

We are an AI automation agency helping local businesses in the US capture more leads, answer more calls, and book more appointments using AI receptionists and automation systems.

We are currently looking for motivated Cold Callers / Appointment Setters who can call business owners in the US and book qualified sales appointments for our agency.

This is a performance-based opportunity at the beginning. If you perform well, there is potential to move into a more stable long-term role with base pay + commission.

Your Role:
- Make outbound cold calls to business owners in the US
- Use our script and calling process to start conversations
- Book qualified sales appointments for our agency
- Track your calls, conversations, and booked appointments in our CRM or tracking sheet
- Follow up with prospects when needed
- Communicate clearly with our team

You are NOT required to find the leads yourself. We will provide the lead lists, script, offer, training, and calling system.

Requirements:
- Strong spoken English
- Confident, clear, and professional phone voice
- Previous cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Able to handle rejection without getting discouraged
- Reliable, disciplined, and honest
- Must be able to work during US business hours, around 9 AM to 2 PM US time
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and calling software
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Pay:
This role will start commission-based.
You will be paid for qualified appointments that are booked and show up.
Exact commission details will be discussed during the interview and can increase based on performance.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Around 9 AM to 2 PM US time
Approximately 20–30 hours per week
