**Overview**
We are looking for a highly skilled video editor who understands storytelling and can create engaging, high-retention content for Instagram. This is not basic editing—these are high-quality, performance-driven videos designed to keep viewers watching.

**What You’ll Be Editing**
You’ll work across a variety of clients and industries, including:

* Podcasts
* Local businesses (dog trainers, laundromats, construction, etc.)
* Social media marketing content

Each client has different branding, so versatility is critical.

**Workload**

* Approximately 50+ videos per month
* Around 12 videos per client, depending on workload
* Consistent, ongoing work

**Responsibilities**

* Edit short-form Instagram videos that are fast-paced and engaging
* Apply storytelling techniques to improve viewer retention
* Use music, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance content
* Adapt editing style to match different brand identities
* Work with high-quality 4K footage

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3+ years experience with **Adobe Premiere Pro**
* Strong working knowledge of **After Effects**
* Proven ability to create engaging, high-retention content
* Ability to edit and handle 4K footage efficiently
* Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling
* Reliable internet for downloading/uploading large files
* Good English communication

**Important**
This is **not** simple or template-based editing. We are not looking for basic CapCut-style edits. You must be able to produce high-quality, professional-level content.

**Compensation**

* $500/month (starting)
* Opportunity for increased pay based on performance and volume
