Virtual Assistant - Real Estate

I am a newer real estate investor and am looking for better deal flow and systems in the Cleveland, OH market. I am looking for who has proven experience working with real estate investors in my market or similar markets. Here are tasks that I am hiring for:

-Creating deal flow systems from Redfin, wholesalers, auction websites etc
-Help creating a system for quickly underwriting deal
-Creating a buyers list for wholesaling properties
