We are ProLeadFlow ( ---------- ), a UK-based automation agency specialising in GoHighLevel. We help small businesses (lawyers, photographers, recruiters, coaches) capture, nurture and convert leads using GHL.

We are pivoting hard into GoHighLevel sales, marketing, agency work and SaaS software - and we need a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED SDR / Appointment Setter to join us.

- You have LESS THAN 2 years of real appointment setting / SDR experience
- You have NEVER used GoHighLevel (GHL) hands-on
- You cannot work UK business hours (9am - 6pm GMT / BST)
- You are not comfortable on cold calls / Zoom / voice
- You cannot be paid via Wise (we pay Wise ONLY, twice per week)
- You are "open to learning" GHL but have never built a workflow yourself
- You are a generalist VA looking to pivot into sales - this is NOT the role for you

? YOU MUST HAVE (non-negotiable):
===========================================
1. 2+ years DEMONSTRABLE experience as an SDR, Appointment Setter, or Cold Caller for a B2B / agency / SaaS / coaching client.
2. HANDS-ON GoHighLevel experience - you must have personally built:
- Workflows (triggers, actions, if/else, wait steps)
- Pipelines and opportunity stages
- SMS + Email automations
- Calendars & booking confirmations
- Forms / surveys / funnels
3. Outbound cold outreach experience - cold calling, cold email, cold DM, or LinkedIn.
4. Proven lead generation experience (sourcing, list building, enrichment).
5. Clear, confident, neutral-accent spoken English (we will ask for a voice recording).
6. Reliable high-speed internet, quiet work environment, noise-cancelling headset.
7. Ability to work UK hours Monday-Friday.

???? WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Book qualified sales calls for our UK agency clients
- Cold outreach via phone, email, SMS and LinkedIn using GHL
- Build & maintain GHL workflows, pipelines, SMS/email sequences
- Manage the CRM, opportunities, follow-ups
- Report KPIs weekly (dials, connects, booked, showed, closed)
- Work closely with me (John) and the founder team

- Basic hourly rate (competitive - based on experience)
- PLUS performance bonus per qualified appointment booked
- PLUS commission on closed deals
- Payments via WISE ONLY - twice per week (every Monday and Thursday)
- Full-time: 40 hours/week, UK hours
