Creative Video Editor (Real Estate Media)

Rex Visual Services is a real estate media company based in Atlanta, Georgia. We specialize in providing cutting-edge visual solutions to real estate professionals, including high-quality photography, video tours, and a comprehensive suite of media marketing materials to elevate their online presence.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Real Estate Video Editor to join our team. This role will initially serve as a go-to editor for surplus projects, with the potential to transition into a full-time position in the future.

As an editor at Rex Visual Services, you will be responsible for producing compelling and visually engaging content that aligns with our media services. You’ll handle standard profile and log footage, as well as both ground-level and aerial shots, delivering a variety of video types, including:

• Home-tour highlight videos
• Agent home walkthroughs (on/off-camera)
• Closing day reels
• Client testimonials
• Realtors' event recaps
• Interview-style videos for social media
• Short-form content tailored for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Coordinate with the Team Manager to follow project requirements, objectives, and target delivery.
• Meet project deadlines and manage editing projects simultaneously, as needed.
• Submit edited footage to the Team Manager for review and approval.
• Incorporate feedback and finalize the video with any necessary revisions.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop our video content strategy.

COMPENSATION & WORK SETUP

• This is a remote (WFH) position offering a rate of $40-$90 per project, with the expectation to turnaround 1-2 videos a day.
• Currently on a gig/project-based setup, with potential for a FULL-TIME ROLE based on performance.
• Work hours will be from 2 PM-10 PM, Monday-Friday (weekends if needed), Philippine Time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, creative, and able to communicate well with our team. Please place the word "orange" in the subject line of your email. In terms of skills, we are seeking someone with the following:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing works is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. DaVinci Resolve can also be considered.
• Must have a computer system with technical specifications that can handle 1080p up to 4K footage and render projects with motion graphics & animation.
• Sufficient English skills to read, understand, and craft appropriate responses to our team.
• Familiarity with a Project Management System like Tonomo, Dropbox, and a Communication App such as Slack is also preferred, but not mandatory.
