The Cleaner You LLC is a growing commercial cleaning company based in Des Moines, Iowa. We service offices, churches, medical facilities, and professional businesses across the metro area. We are building a professional, systemized operation and we are looking for a sharp, reliable VA to grow with us.
This is not a basic data entry role. We need someone who is proactive, organized, and genuinely invested in helping a small business grow.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This role is focused on two things — helping us generate new business and keeping our operations running smoothly.
Sales & Lead Generation (High Priority)
— Make outbound calls to commercial prospects in the Des Moines, Iowa area during CST business hours
— Respond to inbound leads within 15 minutes using approved scripts and templates
— Qualify prospects and book walkthrough appointments directly onto the owner's calendar
— Manage and update our CRM pipeline in GoHighLevel after every call and conversation
— Follow up on sent proposals at 48 hours and 5 days using approved templates
— Confirm walkthrough appointments 24 hours in advance
Operations Support (Medium Priority)
— Monitor and respond to the company support inbox using approved templates
— Verify subcontractor check-ins and check-outs daily using our digital system
— Collect and organize subcontractor invoices monthly
— Follow up on missing documents such as W9s and insurance certificates
— Send onboarding forms to new subcontractor applicants
— Book and confirm appointments on the owner's calendar
Reputation & Content Support
— Send Google review requests to clients after their first successful clean
— Draft responses to new Google reviews for owner approval
— Flag any negative reviews immediately
— Schedule pre-approved social media posts
— Keep the Google Business Profile updated

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role is a strong fit if you:
? Are fluent in spoken and written English — this role requires live phone calls with American business owners and office managers
? Have experience with CRM systems — GoHighLevel experience is a major advantage
? Are comfortable making outbound cold calls — this is a core part of the role, not occasional
? Are highly organized and can manage multiple follow-ups without things slipping through
? Are available and responsive during CST business hours — this is non-negotiable
? Take initiative — you don't wait to be told what to do next, you know what needs to happen and you do it
? Are reliable — you show up, you communicate, and you follow through every single time
This role is NOT a fit if you:
— Are not comfortable making live phone calls in English
— Cannot commit to CST morning hours for calling
— Need constant supervision to stay on task
— Are looking for a passive background role

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS
We will evaluate your performance at the 30-day mark. Here is what we expect:
— Minimum 8 walkthrough appointments booked
— At least 15 active contacts in the pipeline
— Minimum 40 outbound calls per week
— Zero missed inbound lead responses — all contacted within 15 minutes
— All subcontractor check-ins verified daily with no missed flags
If you hit these numbers the role becomes ongoing with the opportunity to grow your hours and responsibilities as the company grows.
