(JOB FILLED) Long-Term Video Editor for Gaming YouTube Channel (Premiere Pro)

I'm hiring a long-term video editor for my growing gaming YouTube channel focused on GTA 6 deep-dives and commentary (~30k subs, 600k+ views/month). I need an editing partner I can build a routine with and not a one-off freelancer.

THE WORK
— Edit 1–3 videos per week from animated character footage I provide
— Cut out mistakes and tighten pacing into a rapid-fire commentary style
— Add B-roll, transitions, on-screen text, and brand graphics
— Place 1.5–2 second silent ad-break pauses every 1 minute (this is critical to the channel's monetization, full instructions provided)
— Deliver final .mp4 + packaged Premiere project file via Google Drive

WHAT YOU NEED
— Adobe Premiere Pro
— Reliable internet for 4K footage transfer
— Storyblocks subscription (your pay includes a stipend to cover this)
— Strong English communication ( ---------- /email)
— Portfolio with gaming, commentary, or fast-paced editing work

WHAT I PROVIDE
— A detailed onboarding PDF with style guide, export specs, B-roll sources, and tutorials
— A project template with brand graphics, fonts, and signature transitions pre-installed

— Clear feedback and a fair revision policy

PAY
$60 USD per finished, approved video, paid via Wise (or preferred platform) within 24 hours of approval. Open to discussing rate for the right fit. After we've worked together for 10+ videos (maybe less), we can discuss moving to a monthly retainer.
