Marketing and GHL Coordinator

Looking for a highly motivated and experienced VA to help with running our real estate business.

This is a very fast paced environment.
This is not a beginner entry level job. Please only apply if you are highly experienced on the following.

-Real Estate
-GHL CRM
-Creating Landing Pages on GHL
-Social Media (creating coming soon post, suggesting new ideas for trending reels)
-Pulling data for anaylitics reports
-Creating Templates
-Branded PDF Booklets (sellers guide, buyers guide..ect)

Must be able to work independently use CANVA, AI and able to follow brand guidelines with extreme attention to detail. Looking for clean, modern with a luxury feel.

This is a part time position initially with the potential for the role to increase to full time.
Bonus structure for good performance, and paid vacation.
