Video Editor (Commission-Based) – Ongoing Work
We are looking for a reliable video editor to support consistent content production. This is a part-time, commission-based role with long-term potential for the right person.

Responsibilities:
* Edit long and short form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube)
* Cut footage with strong pacing and structure
* Add clean, readable text overlays
* Use simple B-roll to support the main content
* Follow a clear editing style and reference examples

Requirements:
* Solid fundamentals in video editing (no advanced effects required)
* Good sense of timing, rhythm, and viewer retention
* Ability to follow instructions precisely
* Consistent communication and turnaround
* Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar

Compensation:
* Commission-based per video/project
* Ongoing work available based on performance
* Increased volume for consistent, high-quality editors
