Social Media Manager (Clipping & Growth Focus)

Hours: 20 hours/week
Pay: $5–$8/hour

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager experienced in managing “clipping” accounts and scaling social media presence through strategic content distribution.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow multiple clipping accounts
Develop and execute posting strategies
Coordinate with video editors for content flow
Identify trends and optimize content performance
Create and launch new clipping accounts
Track analytics and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements
Experience managing clipping-style social media accounts
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Ability to spot trends and viral opportunities
Basic content planning and strategy skills
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
Must be available to work during EST hours
