Project Manager – Marketing | R. Riveter (Contract/Freelance)
R. Riveter is a mission-driven American assembled accessories brand supporting military spouse employment. We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to help organize and run our marketing team operations inside ClickUp.
What You'll Do

Build and manage our marketing workflows inside ClickUp from the ground up
Set up spaces, folders, lists, templates, and automations tailored to a small brand marketing team
Run or attend team standups and project check-ins
Keep campaigns, launches, and deadlines on track
Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, creative, and leadership

Requirements

Proven ClickUp experience — you've built a workspace from scratch, not just used one someone else set up
Understanding of marketing workflows (campaigns, content calendars, product launches)
Available for at least 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time daily
Strong async communication skills
Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding

Nice to Have

Experience with e-commerce or consumer brands
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools
Passion for mission-driven brands
