Lead Generation Architect - $7/hr Full time

The Mission
Join our team and help build simple, high-performing lead generation systems using AI.
You’ll work closely with leadership to create messaging, build funnels, and improve results over time.
This is a hands-on role where you take ideas and turn them into real outcomes.

Your Role
Strategy (Planning & Messaging)
Help define clear messaging and positioning
Use AI tools to research audiences and ideas
Create simple scripts and content for marketing
Turn ideas into clear action steps

Build (Execution)
Help build and launch landing pages and funnels
Make sure everything is clear, simple, and conversion-focused
Support content creation (especially video assets)
Assist with launches and basic performance reviews

Optimize (Improve Results)
Review performance and identify what’s working (and what’s not)
Suggest improvements to increase conversions
Help test and refine systems over time

Additional Responsibilities
Improve landing pages (basic A/B testing and messaging updates)
Help create email sequences and follow-ups
Explore and test new AI tools to improve efficiency

How You Work
Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work
Able to think clearly and communicate ideas simply
Organized and able to manage your tasks independently
Willing to learn, adapt, and improve

Requirements
Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
Experience in digital marketing, funnels, or lead generation
Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
Basic understanding of landing pages and conversions
Comfortable working full-time, 8AM–5PM PT (11PM–8AM Manila Time)
Reliable internet and remote setup
