Lead Generation & Email Outreach Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Email Outreach Specialist to support our client acquisition efforts. The role focuses on prospect research, cold email outreach, and consistent coordination with the team to help secure new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

List 250 qualified prospects for outreach
Send 250 cold emails, including follow-ups to potential clients
Create and manage Gmail accounts for email outreach campaigns
Maintain daily and up-to-date communication with the team regarding progress and updates
Contribute to efforts aimed at landing at least 1 client through email outreach

1-Week Trial Setup:
Selected candidates will undergo a 1-week trial period to assess performance.

Trial Terms:

Trial compensation:
USD 40 +Bonus will be given if the trial is successfully passed
No compensation if no lead converts into a client during the trial period.

Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or cold email outreach is an advantage
Strong written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized when managing prospects and outreach lists
Able to provide consistent updates and collaborate with the team

Work Setup:
Remote / Online work
Output-based performance evaluation
