Short Form Video Editor — Daily Content (Long Term)

Job Description:
I run a YouTube channel and SMMA mentorship with 70+ members. I post long-form content daily and I need a video editor to turn AI-identified clips from my coaching calls and videos into 6 short-form videos per day for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
The clips will be pre-selected for you. You are not watching hours of footage to find the best ---------- nts — an AI tool identifies the timestamps and hands them to you. Your job is purely the edit.
What you will do every day:

Receive a list of 6 timestamps and clip descriptions fro ---------- each morning
Cut each clip from the source footage
Add captions (auto-generated, you clean them up)
Add a simple intro hook text overlay on the first 2 seconds
Format for vertical (9:16) — YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok
Export and deliver all 6 clips by end of your working day

That is the entire role. No colour grading. No complex motion graphics. No music selection beyond a simple background track from a provided library. Clean, fast, caption-forward editing in the style of modern educational short form content.

What you need:

Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Fast editor — 6 short clips per day should take you 60–90 minutes maximum
Experience adding captions and text overlays
Understanding of short form content format (hook in first 2 seconds, vertical format, caption style)
Reliable internet and computer that can handle video files
Available to receive briefs and deliver same day

Nice to have:

Experience editing educational or talking-head content specifically
Familiarity with SMMA or business content
CapCut experience — fastest tool for this style of edit
