Content VA — Miro Board Creation & Video Preparation (Long Term)

Job Description:
I run a YouTube channel posting 6–7 long-form educational videos per week about SMMA and marketing. I need a VA to handle the preparation work for every video so I can focus on filming and growing the business.
What you will do every day:

Take a video topic and outline I provide
Open Claude AI (I provide the account and prompts)
Use my exact prompt templates to generate the Miro board content
Build the Miro board from that content following my templates
Send it to me for a 5-minute review before filming
Handle YouTube upload preparation — title, description, chapter markers, thumbnail brief

That is the entire role. You are not creating content from scratch — you are executing a repeatable system using AI tools I have already built. Every step has a template. Every step has a tutorial video showing exactly what to do.

What you need:

Reliable internet and computer
Attention to detail — boards must match the template exactly
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
Comfortable using Miro (or willing to learn — it takes one day)
Good written English for YouTube descriptions
Available during UK morning hours (flexible on exact time)

No experience in SMMA or marketing required — everything is templated and trained.
