Content Quality Analyst

About Us: We are a company based in the United Arab Emirates, with many international Clientele. You will be working remotely with our head office in the UAE and our Clients around the world, depending on which division we hire you for.

Job Description:
1) Work from home-remote work
2) Full time work-you cannot hold another job during our working hours. This is a professional position which requires dedication and there is room for advancement and growth. You will be in communication during working hours with our team and our partners.
3) Payment will be based on experience. Commissions are also available based on performance.
4) You will work from your computer and phone to review and ensure the quality of marketing content before uploading it to the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Dropbox.
5) Monitor sub-contractors, ensuring deadlines are met, responsiveness is maintained, and quality standards are achieved.
6) Communicate with corresponding contacts to align goals and meet work expectations.
7) Perform at a high level in writing viral and engaging content scripts, thoroughly reviewing and ensuring video quality, and creating high-quality designs using tools such as Canva.
8) Research and ideation of content that will help promote the Client and create engagement. This will factor into your commissions.
9) After you pass the initial training period, you will be given a 1-year, renewable contract. We hope to work with you for many years to come. We are looking for someone who wants long term stability.

Skills Needed:
1) Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, QA Specialist, or similar role (preferably in marketing or digital content).
2) Strong organizational and time-management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3) High attention to detail with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4) University education preferred.
5) Excellent use of computers and software like MS word, Google sheets, etc.
