We are a China-based manufacturer of salon and barber furniture, supplying distributors worldwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive assistant to support our customer development process.

Your role is to help us identify potential clients and connect us with the right decision-makers.

? Key Responsibilities??????
Research and identify potential B2B customers (distributors, wholesalers, importers)
Collect company information:
Website
Business type
Market positioning
Product range
Find relevant contacts within the company:
Purchasing Manager
Product Manager
Owner / Director
Use tools like:
LinkedIn
Google
Company websites
Trade directories
Reach out via:

Email

Phone calls (basic introduction / contact confirmation)
Confirm:
Correct contact person

Email
address / phone number
Whether they are open to new suppliers
Record all data in Excel / Google Sheets
? Important: Role Boundary

You are NOT responsible for sales closing.

Once a client shows interest or replies, our sales manager will take over.

? Requirements??????
Good English communication (written + basic speaking)
Experience in:
Lead generation / data research / virtual assistant work
Familiar with:
LinkedIn
Google search techniques
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently

Plus (preferred but not required):

Experience in B2B or international trade
Experience in cold email or cold calling
