Equipment Repair Service Estimator

About Us

We are a U.S.-based forklift and equipment service company focused on providing fast, reliable repairs and maintenance. We are growing quickly and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Service Estimator to join our team long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Research parts for forklift and equipment repair jobs
- Identify correct components using manuals, diagrams, and online resources
- Build accurate service estimates (parts, labor, and additional costs)
- Review estimates carefully for accuracy before sending
- Send estimates to customers in a clear and professional format
- Communicate with our team to clarify scope and missing information
- Update estimates when new findings come in from technicians
- Maintain organized records inside our systems

What We’re Looking For
-Strong knowledge of automotive OR equipment/mechanical components
-Excellent attention to detail (mistakes in estimates can be costly)
-Proficient using computers and learning new systems quickly
-Good written English communication skills
-Ability to work independently and stay organized
-Reliable internet and a dependable computer setup

Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required)
-Experience with QuickBooks Online
-Experience with service management software
-Background in estimating, parts sourcing, or repair/service industries
-Experience with forklifts or heavy equipment

Work Setup
-Full-time (40 hours/week)
-Remote (work from home)
-U.S. business hours (flexibility may be discussed)

-Based on experience
