Remote Travel Consultant (Philippines-Based)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, deliver expert travel advice, and manage end-to-end flight bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Service Excellence
- Engage with clients professionally and courteously
- Build strong relationships while guiding clients throughout their travel journey

Travel Consultation & Sales
- Provide accurate and timely advice on flight options, routes, fares, and itineraries
- Meet defined sales targets and performance metrics

Ticketing & Booking Management
- Manage flight bookings, rebookings, and cancellations
- Utilize GDS (Sabre preferred), airline portals, consolidators, and NDC platforms

Multi-Tasking & Accuracy
- Handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Travel Regulations
- Stay updated on global travel requirements including documentation, visa, and health regulations

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Relationship Building
- Develop long-term client relationships through tailored travel solutions

Qualifications & Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a travel agency environment (ticketing, sales, or operations)

Technical Skills
- Familiarity with at least one GDS system (Sabre preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems, Office 365, and online booking platforms
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools

Communication Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
