We offer our members 24/7 monitoring of all Australian retailers for restocks, allowing members to secure products at retail prices. Alongside this, we provide premium features, market intelligence, and expert advice tailored for serious collectors and investors.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic, disciplined and detail-oriented Social Media Content Manager to run our daily Instagram operations. Your primary goal will be to create structured, data-driven content that drives attention, builds authority, and converts viewers into paid members by highlighting the incredible value our community provides.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Instagram Management: Create and schedule daily posts targeting our core audience of collectors and investors. We aim for at least two posts per day:
1x Informative TCG Post: Market updates, card analysis, investment insights, and expert advice.
1x Brand Awareness Post: Highlighting the core benefits of Pokemafia (e.g., successful restock alerts, members securing retail-priced products, premium features).
Short-Form Video Production: Produce highly engaging short-form videos (Reels) at least twice a week, focusing on market trends, the difficulty of securing products, and how our community solves this problem.
Scripting & Editing: Handle all visual elements, video editing, and scriptwriting for video content.
Voiceovers: If your spoken English is fluent and clear, you will record the voiceovers yourself. Alternatively, you will prepare the scripts for our in-house staff to voice over while you handle all the editing and visuals.
Content Strategy: Ensure all content aligns with our internal frameworks, focusing on customer acquisition and showcasing our authority in the TCG space.
Requirements & Skills
Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing Instagram accounts, growing an audience, and driving conversions for a service or community.
Graphic Design: Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) with an eye for highly engaging, visuals as per our current instagram.
Video Editing Chops: Strong skills in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) with an eye for highly engaging, fast-paced visuals.
Exceptional English Skills: Excellent written English for c scripting, and structuring data-driven posts. Strong spoken English is a massive plus for doing your own voiceovers.
Detail-Oriented & Disciplined: You must be highly organized, capable of following internal frameworks, and consistent with daily posting schedules.
TCG Knowledge: Prior experience or personal interest in the Pokémon or One Piece TCG is highly preferred. Note: If you don't have experience but are seriously interested, understand the concepts of supply/demand, and are a fast learner, we are willing to teach you on the job!
