Card Pricing & Listings Coordinator (eCommerce)

We are a fast-growing sports card breaking company operating on platforms like Fanatics Live and Whatnot. We run daily live shows and weekly auctions, and we are looking for a full-time tea ---------- mber to help manage our pricing, listings, and auction setup.

This is a detail-oriented and data-focused role. You will be responsible for pricing cards, preparing auction listings, organizing data, and ensuring everything is accurate before going live.

We follow a structured weekly system:
- Auctions launch every Tuesday at 10 AM (5-day auctions)
- Fixed-price inventory is added to our website weekly

You will play a key role in making sure everything is prepared, accurate, and ready ahead of schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Look up card prices using eBay sold listings (comps)
- Accurately price sports cards based on market data
- Create and format listings for auctions
- Ensure titles are clean, correct, and under 80 characters (eBay standard)
- Include submission IDs and correct naming in every listing
- Upload and organize listings using our internal tools (training provided)
- Prepare and schedule auctions for weekly Tuesday launches
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of ready-to-list inventory
- Assist with adding fixed-price inventory to our website
- Work with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Excel for organization

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
-Strong attention to detail (VERY important)
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
- Organized and reliable
- Able to follow instructions and systems
- Fast learner and efficient worker
- Good written English
- Comfortable using computers and working with data
- Interest in sports or willingness to learn the card market

IMPORTANT
- You must be willing to learn how to price sports cards
- You must be comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused work
- Accuracy is more important than speed (especially at the beginning)

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience with eCommerce or marketplaces
- Familiarity with sports cards or collectibles
- Experience with product listings or data entry roles

SCHEDULE
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Consistent weekly workflow based on auction and listing schedule

COMPENSATION
- $500–$800/month depending on experience + performance bonuses
