Real estate video editor — cinematic property videos

About the role

Reel Hype Homes is a real estate media company based in Naples, Florida. We shoot cinematic property videos for luxury listings using a Sony A7C and DJI Mini 4 Pro drone. We are looking for a dedicated video editor to handle all post-production on an ongoing basis. This is a long-term role with consistent volume as we grow. You will receive organized raw footage and return a polished, delivery-ready cinematic video. That is the full scope of the role.

What you will edit

2 to 3 minute cinematic property walkthrough videos (interior and exterior)

Drone aerial sequences integrated into the main edit
?
30 to 60 second vertical social reels cut from the same footage
?
Coming soon teaser clips for select packages
Requirements

?
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) — DaVinci Resolve is a plus
?
Strong color grading skills — cinematic, clean, not over-processed
?
Experience editing real estate or luxury property videos (portfolio required)
?
Ability to sync music to pacing and cuts — not just slap a track on top
?
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
?
48 hour turnaround per video (standard), 24 hour available for rush
?
Clear English communication — responsive and easy to work with
Pay

$50 to $75 per video depending on complexity and package tier. Paid per deliverable, not hourly. As volume grows and we establish a workflow together, there is potential for a monthly retainer arrangement.

We start with a paid test project before committing to ongoing work.
