Virtual Sales Associate — U.S. Cleaning Company (Long-Term, Weekly Pay in USD)

About Us
Fabulous Las Vegas Home Cleaners is a growing residential cleaning company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We're hiring a Part-Time Virtual Sales Associate based in the Philippines to handle customer inquiries and book cleaning appointments for us. This is a long-term, stable remote role with real room to grow into a full-time position.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pacific Time (US)
- Equivalent to approximately 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT, Tuesday to Saturday (shifts by 1 hour with U.S. Daylight Saving Time)
- 25 hours per week

Pay
$100 - $200 / Week

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls, SMS, and online inquiries from U.S. customers
- Make outbound follow-up calls and messages to warm leads
- Book residential cleaning appointments using our proven scripts
- Upsell add-on services (deep cleans, inside fridge/oven, etc.) when it fits the customer's needs
- Enter customer info accurately into our booking system (GoHighLevel)
- Deliver warm, professional service on every interaction

Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English with a neutral or easily understandable accent
- Confident and comfortable on the phone with U.S. customers
- Reliable high-speed internet (wired preferred) and a quiet work environment
- Noise-cancelling headset with a clear mic
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
