PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE
To execute, manage, and maintain all day-to-day marketing operations with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
This is an execution-driven role focused on keeping all marketing activities running smoothly, accurately, and on schedule to support lead generation and webinar registrations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Scheduling & Platform Management (PRIMARY FOCUS)
Schedule all content across
Ensure all posts are:
- On-brand - Error-free - Correctly formatted - Correct links attached and working
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Conduct final checks before publishing (links, captions, creatives, CTAs)
Monitor all scheduled posts to ensure they go live correctly
Keep up with trends for scheduling times
2. Social Media Monitoring & Engagement (NON-NEGOTIABLE DAILY TASK)
Monitor ALL social media platforms daily:

- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- YouTube
Respond to:
- All comments
- All direct messages
Engagement actions required:
- All likes must be invited (where platform allows)
- All shares must be acknowledged with a comment or engagement
- Proactively engage with audience interactions to increase visibility
Ensure responses are:
- Timely
- Professional
- On-brand
Escalate any important leads or sensitive messages to the team immediately
3. Webinar Registrations & Lead Processing
Register all webinar leads from:
- Sales team lists
- MessageMedia (SMS responses)
Ensure accurate data entry and tagging
Maintain clean, organised lead records
Flag duplicates, errors, or spam leads
4. Weekly Marketing Reporting & Slide Decks
Create the weekly marketing meeting slide deck
Update all key metrics, including the following:
- Social media performance (ALL platforms)
- Lead generation data
Ensure data is accurate, clear, and up-to-date.
Share slide deck with manager
5. Social Media Performance Tracking
Maintain weekly stats for:

- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- YouTube
Track:
- Engagement - Reach - Growth - Conversions (if applicable)
Highlight performance trends and areas needing attention
6. Lead Management (Book Downloads & Campaign Leads)
Process all book download leads
Ensure correct capture and allocation
Maintain accurate records for reporting
7. Platform Maintenance & Quality Control
Ensure all platforms, links, and forms are working correctly
Regularly check landing pages and user experience
Report and flag any issues immediately
