Customer Support Call Specialist (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and confident Call Specialist to handle both inbound and outbound calls for our growing operations team.

This role is perfect for call center professionals who want to transition into a stable work-from-home setup while continuing to use their communication and customer handling skills.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience on every call.

Responsibilities
Handle 50–70 calls daily (inbound & outbound)
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
Follow call scripts and workflows while maintaining a natural conversation
Document call details accurately in the system (Zendesk / CRM tools)
Transfer calls when needed to the appropriate department
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and control of each call
Ensure proper follow-ups when necessary

Requirements
Previous call center experience (voice account required)
Strong English communication skills (clear speaking & comprehension)
Ability to handle high call volume efficiently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Tech-savvy (experience with CRM tools is a plus)
Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
Quiet work-from-home setup

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with Zendesk, GHL, or similar tools
Background in customer support, sales, or retention
Experience handling US-based customers

Schedule
Must be willing to work US hours (PST/EST shifts)
Full-time availability required
