Cinematic Video editor for informational videos and vlogs

I'm a content creator and agency owner producing personal brand vlogs and informational videos. I'm looking for a skilled video editor who understands social-native storytelling, cinematic B-roll, and clean motion design. This is a per-project role with consistent work for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT
- Talking head and informational videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
- Personal brand content — entrepreneurship, lifestyle, day-in-life style vlogs
- Multi-platform edits optimized for vertical and horizontal formats

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Must be able to color grade Sony Slog footage
- Strong B-roll selection and pacing — knows how to make a talking head feel cinematic
- Skilled in on-screen text, motion graphics, and animations that feel native to social
- Understands trending audio and syncs cuts to music for retention
- Must deliver project files with every completed video — no exceptions
- Turnaround of 1–3 business days per video
- Reliable communicator — responsive, takes feedback well

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Familiarity with cinematic color palettes — earth tones, film grain aesthetic
