GHL Agency Architect – Full System Rebuild & Automation Specialist ($1,000–$1,200/mo)

The Mission:
We operate a high-end GHL Pro Agency (Radiant Estates / MP Events / Real Estate) and our current setup is failing. Our sub-accounts and workflows are broken. We are looking for a specialist to come in and re-build our infrastructure from the ground up to create a 100?ficient, professional transaction process for our venues, retreats, and real estate builds.
Your First Mission (The "Deep Fix"):
• Total Rebuild: You won't just be "checking" workflows; you will be redesigning them for professional athletic automation and maximum efficiency.
• Sub-Account Creation: Build out new, clean sub-accounts from scratch, ensuring Snapshots, triggers, and APIs (Mailgun/Twilio/Stripe) are perfectly synced.
• Streamlined Transactions: Create a "frictionless" experience for our clients, from the first ad click to the final contract and payment.
• High-End Branding: Implement our "Modern Lodge" aesthetic and "VenueAI" style functionality .
The Role Requirements:
• Ad Mastery: Set up and manage paid lead-gen ads (FB/Google) that feed directly into your new, clean automations.
• High Availability: You must be available for a 2-hour strategy meeting via Google Meet, 5 days a week (CST / Tennessee Time).
• Integrator Mindset: We provide the vision; you build the professional, high-speed engine that runs the business.
Compensation:
• $1,000 - $1,200 USD / month (Full-time).
