TITLE: Senior Amazon FBA Account Manager (PT 20hrs/wk ? FT)
— Multi-Brand E-commerce
ABOUT US:
Growing Amazon FBA business based in Mexico with multiple brands.
Currently selling Café Beeu (specialty coffee) and Tabani
(personal care), with more launching this year. Founder is
overwhelmed and ready to delegate ownership of operations.
ROLE:
Take ownership of our Amazon Mexico account. You'll run day-to-day
so I can focus on product development and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Listing creation, optimization, ongoing management
- A+ Content briefs and execution (you'll coordinate with designers)
- Brand Store maintenance
- Amazon PPC: setup, optimization, reporting
- Product research for new launches (Helium 10 / Jungle Scout)
- Ads & Marketing
- Inventory monitoring and replenishment alerts
- Customer service (messages, refunds, returns)
- Weekly performance reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years Amazon FBA VA experience
- Multi-brand / multi-account experience
- Helium 10 + Jungle Scout fluency
- Amazon PPC hands-on experience
- Excellent written English
- Proactive, takes ownership without hand-holding
NICE TO HAVE:
- Spanish skills (we'll communicate in English, but Spanish is +)
- Amazon Mexico (.com.mx) marketplace experience
- Food/beverage or personal care category experience
SCHEDULE:
- Part-time to start: 20 hrs/week
- Scaling to full-time within 3-6 months based on performance
- Flexible hours; weekly 1:1 call required (Mexico City time)
