The Role

We are seeking a high-level Creative Marketing Manager to own the visual and written soul of our brand. This role is for someone who is equal parts "Artist" and "Architect." You will be responsible for creating the elite content that establishes Lisa Barry’s voice in the industry while managing the backend systems that keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Growth

Video Production: Create high-impact Reels, TikToks, and Shorts from scratch. You’ll research trends, develop unique hooks, and execute flawless edits.

Audience Building: Execute the strategy to reach 50,000 – 100,000 followers through elite short-form content and daily engagement.

Community Connection: Engage with our audience daily to build deep relationships using Lisa’s authentic, "New World" voice.

2. Systems & Funnels

GoHighLevel Mastery: Build, manage, and optimize landing pages and sales funnels. You ensure every page is visually stunning, premium, and functional.

Operations: Maintain our ClickUp workspace. You are responsible for keeping projects on track and ensuring no task falls through the cracks.

Asset Design: Create high-converting lead magnets, PDF guides, and pitch decks that look like 7-figure products.

3. Writing & Creative Direction

Copywriting: Ghostwrite our weekly Substack, the "Wednesday Drop" newsletter, and all social captions. You’ll capture Lisa’s voice perfectly to inspire action.

Innovation: Stay ahead of marketing trends to keep the brand fresh, modern, and visually elite.

4. AI Collaboration (The Claude Requirement)

Power User: Use Claude as your primary co-working partner for writing, strategy, and technical troubleshooting.

Co-Pilot Mentality: You aren't just copy-pasting; you are coaching the AI to "Lisa-fy" every piece of content to ensure it is never generic.

An Owner: You don’t wait for a task list. You see gaps and fill them with brilliance.

System-Oriented: You enjoy the "backend" tech (GHL/ClickUp) as much as the "front end" creative.

Design-Obsessed: If it isn’t world-class, it doesn’t get published.

High-Performance: You thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in hitting growth targets.

Qualifications & Skills
Technical: Deep proficiency in GoHighLevel and ClickUp.

AI Mastery: Expert-level ability to use Claude for high-speed, high-quality output.

Design/Video: Expert in short-form video editing (CapCut) and visual design (Canva/Photoshop).

Experience: 2–3+ years working for high-ticket coaches or agencies.

Communication: Flawless English with a talent for voice matching.

Work Arrangement & Compensation
Location: Remote (Based in the Philippines)

Hours: 9am – 5pm AEST/AEDT (Full-Time)

Compensation: $1,000 AUD / month + performance-based growth opportunities.
