Senior SEO + AI Operations Lead — WordPress + Local SEO — Long-Term Full-Time

We're a new US Rank & Rent operation building a portfolio of 100+ local-service WordPress websites. We're looking for a senior SEO + AI operator who can own day-to-day production, lead a small team, and grow with us for years.

This is not a junior role. This is not a content-writer role. We need someone who has built, ranked, and managed dozens of WordPress sites before, who thinks in systems, and who treats SEO like a craft.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll run our entire AI + SEO production line from end to end.

We are finding the best markets to allow our new sites to rank on page 1 and get leads easily and fast. We can be in any niche and any city we want, which ever is the easiest to rank fast. Our goal is scale. To have as many sites as possible. These are basic sites with basic SEO. You need to be an expert at setting up new sites and getting them to rank on page 1 fast in these low competition markets and then we duplicate this again and again.

AI website generation (10Web AI Builder, ZipWP)
AI content stack (Koala Writer, Penfriend.ai, Frase, SEOWriting.ai)
AI receptionist setup (Goodcall + Twilio per site)
On-page SEO (Rank Math Pro with AI features, schema, internal linking via LinkWhisper)
Local SEO (BrightLocal citations, NAP consistency, local rank tracking)
Quality control (you own the 12-point QC checklist for every site we publish)
Reporting (daily Slack updates, weekly Notion reports, monthly KPI review)

You'll report to the owner via a 30-minute weekly Zoom plus async daily Slack and Loom updates.
WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE

Monday: review the owner's approved keyword/city queue (8-10 new sites/week at peak velocity)
Tuesday-Thursday: AI builds, content generation, on-page SEO, citations
Friday: weekly report, junior VA review, planning the next week
Daily: monitor Goodcall calls across the portfolio, log leads, flag issues
Ongoing: link-building recommendations (you suggest, owner approves), kill-list hygiene, renter handoff support

YOU MUST HAVE

3+ years WordPress experience (GeneratePress, Elementor, or Gutenberg — at least one deeply)
2+ years on-page SEO (Rank Math or Yoast, schema, title/meta optimization, technical SEO basics)
1+ years using AI writing tools in production (Koala, Cuppa, Frase, SEOWriting, ChatGPT, or Claude)
Direct experience managing 30+ websites concurrently (in agency or in-house)
Comfort with citation tools (BrightLocal, Whitespark, or Loganix)
Fluent written English (we communicate primarily in Slack and Loom)
Ability to record clean, watchable Loom SOPs

NICE TO HAVE

Prior local SEO experience (Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, Maps Pack ranking)
Call tracking experience (CallRail, Goodcall, Twilio)
AI receptionist or chatbot setup experience (Goodcall, Synthflow, Stammer.ai)
Team-management experience (1-3 direct reports for 6+ months)
WP-CLI familiarity
Rank-tracking dashboards (SerpRobot, AccuRanker, Ahrefs Rank Tracker)

COMPENSATION & PERKS

$1,400-$1,800 USD per month based on experience (full-time, 40 hours/week)
13th-month bonus
All Philippines public holidays paid
5 days paid leave after 6 months tenure

TRIAL

1-week paid trial at full pay
Trial task: build one complete WordPress site end-to-end using our SOPs (provided on Day 1)
Pass criteria are clear and shared before the trial starts
Pass = full-time offer

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll report directly to the founder. You'll have weekly 1:1 calls, daily async communication via Slack and Loom, and full ownership of your domain. We use Notion for SOPs, 1Password for credentials, and Google Workspace for email and shared sheets.
