We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our Temporary Accommodation (TA) business in the UK.
This is a remote role and perfect for someone with strong communication skills and solid admin experience — ideally within property, lettings, or housing.
About Us:
We provide safe, fully furnished, and well-managed accommodation to councils, housing associations, and vulnerable individuals across the UK. With multiple properties under management and a growing network of housing partnerships, we aim to scale fast — and we need a strong right hand to help run the backend operations.
Role: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)
Hours: Part-time (25–30 hours per week to start)
Rate: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Responsibilities:
Tenant Management & Support
• Respond to tenant messages, maintenance issues, and complaints
• Coordinate emergency repairs and follow up with contractors
• Check tenant wellbeing by
• Update tenant records and ensure compliance with contracts
Bookings & Move-ins
• Schedule and manage tenant check-ins and check-outs
• Create welcome packs and send move-in instructions
• Chase missing documents (IDs, proof of benefit, etc.)
• Liaise with local housing officers to coordinate placements
Admin & Compliance
• Upload property certificates and documents to internal systems
• Ensure EPCs, gas safety, EICRs, and HMO licenses are up to date
• Track key dates (rent due dates, inspections, renewals)
• Maintain Excel trackers and Google Sheets
Landlord & Council Liaison
• Send rent statements to landlords
• Update councils on room availability
• Assist in preparing invoices and chasing overdue payments
General Operations
• Set up systems and automations where needed
• Support with CRM updates and task lists
• Order furniture, bedding, and essentials when needed
• Carry out basic internet research for new partnerships or suppliers
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in property, lettings, social housing, or admin
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, and task managers (e.g. Trello or Asana)
• Proactive and solution-focused attitude — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience working with local authorities or social housing tenants
• Understanding of compliance requirements in property management
• Knowledge of CRM systems like Podio,
