Customer Success Representative – $8/hr
Bay Property Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Success Representative to join our team in a fully virtual capacity. This individual will be responsible for running reports in AppFolio to identify satisfied property owners and tenants, then conducting professional outreach to request positive Google reviews. This role is essential to growing and maintaining BMG’s online reputation.
Location: 100% Remote
Primary Responsibilities
• Run weekly AppFolio reports to identify property owners and tenants with positive satisfaction indicators
• Build and maintain a prioritized weekly outreach contact list based on report findings
• Conduct professional outreach via
• Request Google reviews from satisfied clients and provide the direct review link in all communications
• Log all outreach attempts and outcomes in the CRM on the same day they occur
• Identify and immediately escalate at-risk or dissatisfied clients to the Customer Success Manager
• Track Google review submissions and monitor overall rating trends
• Submit a weekly performance metrics report every Friday
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable conducting professional phone calls and leaving polished voi
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a structured daily workflow independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits and follow-through
• Ability to learn and navigate AppFolio (training provided)
• Proficiency with
• Friendly, empathetic, and client-service-oriented personality
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and personal cell phone
• Quiet, professional home workspace suitable for client phone outreach
• Prior experience in customer service or property management a plus
