APEX Logistics is a dispatch and back-office support partner for owner-operators and small trucking fleets across the US. We help carriers increase their rate per mile, build consistent lanes, and run their operation like a real business — not just chase loads. We are not a freight broker. We are a strategic partner.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll start by making outbound calls to onboard new carriers into our system — introducing them to APEX, gathering their information, and getting them set up. As you learn our process, you'll move directly into dispatching: sourcing loads on DAT and Truckstop, negotiating rates with brokers, and managing lanes for your assigned carriers.

This is a growth role. You learn the process, you move into dispatch. Performance is rewarded.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Outbound calls to carriers to onboard them into the APEX system
- Collecting carrier information and completing setup documentation
- Transitioning into full dispatch duties: load sourcing, rate negotiation, lane management
- Communicating with brokers on behalf of carriers
- Tracking loads and keeping accurate records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Freight dispatching experience — REQUIRED
- Experience negotiating rates with brokers and carriers — REQUIRED
- Outbound calling / sales experience — REQUIRED
- Strong spoken and written English
- Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards — preferred
- Self-starter who can work independently during US business hours

Monday – Friday, US Business Hours

COMPENSATION

Negotiable — based on experience.
