JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, full-time Office Administrator to handle incoming calls, customer communication, and office follow-up. This is not an estimating or sales role—your focus will be keeping communication organized and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Full-service landscaping company seeking a full-time office administrator with strong communication and follow-up skills to handle calls, customer relations, collections, scheduling, and social media management including Instagram and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
Communicate with customers and maintain strong relationships
Follow up on inquiries, ongoing jobs, and client requests
Handle collections and accounts receivable follow-ups
Coordinate communication between office and field team
Keep records, notes, and customer information organized

Requirements:

Strong English speaking and writing skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong follow-up habits and persistence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior office/admin experience preferred
Must be highly comfortable and experienced using Instagram and LinkedIn for business communication and basic posting
