We are a growing real estate business looking for a reliable and creative Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to help build our online presence, generate leads, and engage with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
* Create and schedule social media content (Instagram,
* Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
* Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
* Engage with followers and potential clients (likes, comments, DMs)
* Assist with posting listings, open houses, and real estate content
* Follow up with leads and help keep CRM updated (if trained)
* Research trending real estate content and ideas
Requirements:
* Experience managing social media accounts (REQUIRED)
* Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
* Strong English communication (written)
* Experience in real estate marketing (PREFERRED)
* Organized, responsive, and reliable
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
