Outbound Caller for Toronto Insurance Brokerage (B2B Appointment Setting)

We're a Toronto-based insurance brokerage using AI to identify high-value
business prospects. We need a VA to call these warm leads and book 30-minute
discovery calls with our principal broker.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English (no thick accent)
- 2+ years cold calling experience
- Available 9 AM - 1 PM EST Monday-Friday (overlap with Toronto business hours)
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Calendly
- Honest, reliable, can work independently

Pay:
- $6/hr base
- $25 bonus per booked meeting that shows up
- 4-week trial period

You will be calling dental offices, construction companies, and beauty salons
in the Greater Toronto Area to discuss insurance products. We provide:
- Pre-qualified lead list (with company name, phone, business need analysis)
- Call script and objection handling guide
- Calendly link to book meetings
- Daily check-in via WhatsApp
