Logistics Operator

We are a fast-growing US-based logistics company looking for a high-performing remote operations coordinator to help us find truck drivers, secure capacity, and manage daily dispatch operations.
This is NOT a basic VA role — we need someone who can think, communicate, and operate with urgency in a fast-paced trucking environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Source and contact truck drivers/carriers (via load boards, email, calls)
Negotiate rates and secure trucks for shipments
Dispatch drivers and manage loads from pickup to delivery
Track shipments and proactively solve problems
Communicate with drivers and internal team throughout the day
Update systems, track loads, and maintain clean data
Handle issues like delays, reschedules, and driver concerns

What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication (written + verbal)
Comfortable talking to US-based drivers (phone + email)
Ability to work under pressure and think fast
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Problem-solver mindset (not task-taker)
Reliable internet + quiet work environment

Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience in trucking, dispatch, or logistics
Familiar with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
Experience working US hours
