OUR COMPANY:
We’re a high-performing U.S.-based real estate investment company that closes 100+ deals per year. We’re looking for a Real Estate Disposition Sales Specialist to help match our investment property inventory with active buyers. You’ll join a remote-first team that moves fast, celebrates wins, and offers long-term growth for the right individual.

We’re a real estate wholesaling company with main markets in GA & SC with a focus on acquiring deals from Real Estate Agents. We transact about 80-100 deals a year with gross revenue of $1.8M+/year. You can learn more about us and our model through these two podcast videos on Youtube:
Responsibilities
• Market off-market and exclusive investment properties to a curated list of investor-buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing buyers
• Negotiate sale prices, contract terms, and closing timelines with buyers
• Manage leads and daily outreach using CRM tools (40–50 contacts per day expected)
• Track activity, buyer feedback, and pipeline updates consistently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clean and fast closings
Minimum Qualifications
• Fluent in English with minimal accent, capable of clear and effective communication.
• Must be able to work minimum 8-hour shift on US Eastern time zone (8-10 AM EST to 5-7 PM EST).
• 6+ months of experience in sales (preferred in Real Estate but not required)
• At least 2 monitors and modern computer (less than 5 years old)
• High-speed internet (20 mb/s upload & download speed minimum)
• Proven experience with outbound communication (calls, texts,
• Comfortable negotiating and closing deals over the phone
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with platforms like GoHighLevel, Investorbase, or InvestorLift
• Experience working with real estate investors and understanding investment buying criteria
• Experience in high ticket sales or negotiation against other parties to maximize profit
• Basic understanding of real estate contracts and deal structures
