We are an Amazon agency. We run Seller Central operations for a portfolio of consumer brands — managing their account health, FBA logistics, reimbursements, and day-to-day operational excellence so that our clients can focus on product and growth. Our clients trust us to be the calm, reliable Engine Room behind their Amazon business.
About the role
We are hiring a tenacious, detail-obsessed Amazon Operational Excellence Specialist to operate accounts on behalf of our clients.
You will be the person who keeps client accounts healthy, FBA logistics flowing, and every dollar Amazon owes our clients reconciled and reclaimed.
This is not a generic VA role. We need someone who already speaks Amazon — AHR, IPI, FBA shipping plans, IP claims, reimbursement cases — and who gets satisfaction out of recovering money Amazon owes our clients and squashing policy violations before they escalate. Because you'll be working across multiple brands, you'll see more variety, more edge cases, and grow faster than someone working in-house at a single brand.
You will report directly to our Operations Lead.
What you will own
Three pillars, with hard numerical targets you will be measured on across your assigned client accounts.
1. Account Health Monitoring
Resolving IP claims, policy violations, and "Account at Risk" warnings before they damage client seller status
Daily monitoring of AHR (Account Health Rating); escalating early
Drafting and submitting Plans of Action (POAs) when required
Target: AHR > 190 (stretch > 1,000)
2. FBA & Logistics
End-to-end management of FBA shipping plans (creation, labeling, carrier coordination, receive-confirmation)
Reconciling lost and damaged inventory in Amazon's warehouses
Optimizing IPI (Inventory Performance Index)
Preventing stockouts and managing overstock risk
Targets: Instock Rate > 98% (stretch > 99%) · Overstock Rate < 5> 550 (stretch > 600)
3. Fees & Payment Audits & Reconciliation
Investigating shipment, customer-return, and fee discrepancies
Filing reimbursement claims with Seller Support and tracking them to closure
Auditing Amazon's fee charges for errors
Target: % Claim Amount Reimbursed > 90% (stretch 100%)
Who you are
Amazon-literate. You have hands-on experience inside Amazon Seller Central (FBA required; Vendor Central a plus). You know what AHR, IPI, and POA mean without Googling.
Process-oriented. You build SOPs, follow them, and improve them. (Critical in an agency environment where you'll be running consistent processes across multiple accounts.)
Detail-obsessed. You spot the $0.43 fee discrepancy that everyone else missed.
Tenacious. When Amazon Support says "no" on a reimbursement, you escalate and win it back.
Communicative. Clear written English; you can summarize a complex case in 3 bullets — both for internal handoffs and client-facing reporting.

What we offer
Base pay: USD 760 / month (full-time, ~190 hrs/month at $4/hr)
KPI bonus: Up to USD 375 / month tied to AHR, IPI, and Reimbursement ?ross your assigned accounts. Total comp up to USD 1,135 / month
