Full Stack Python Developer

We're looking to add a new developer to our team that has the following technical skills:
Strong with complex JS + HTML coding + mySQL + Python.

In addition to these technical skills, the following objectives describes what you will need to be successful in this role:

Work across the front end and back end seamlessly and check your own work for errors.

Document your code as you work and use unit tests - understand that others may take over your work later.

Ask questions early and often when unclear about deliverables.

Prioritize your work to take care of easy to fix bottlenecks first when no other priority exists.

Send daily report on what was accomplished and any help needed.

Look for ways to accomplish tasks rather than reasons why it’s not possible.

Plan your code to account for edge cases.

Create your own development plans + asana tasks from verbal discussions with stakeholders.

Keep short and long term priorities at top of mind. Have a system for organizing your work that you use daily. Always know what your most important priorities are for the week.

Respect meeting times and any other commitments to team members.

Take verbal feedback out of meetings and proactively add to your asana task list and manage priorities to get the work done.

Work with product owner to fully understand requirements and priorities.
Work with internal API provider to fully understand how data is returned.
Work with sales + QA to address feedback quickly as it’s reported or prioritize for longer term planning.

Evaluate new development approaches + technologies and implement where needed to maintain state of the art in web application development.

Think strategically about technology choices to ensure maintainable/supported code in the future.
