JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will own and lead our entire marketing function.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing campaigns — from email to ads to content — with a clear focus on driving leads and conversions.

You will manage the marketing calendar, direct copy and creative, track performance, and adjust strategy based on results. You’ll work closely with a designer and tea ---------- mbers to ensure campaigns are launched on time and performing.

This is not a task-based role. You are expected to take ownership, make decisions, and ensure marketing produces results.

Key Focus Areas:

Campaign planning and execution
Copy direction (emails, ads, promotions)
Creative direction and collaboration with designer
Performance tracking and optimization
Weekly reporting and strategy adjustments

What this role is not:

Not a graphic designer or video editor
Not a day-to-day ads button pusher
Not waiting for direction — this role leads

We are looking for clear strategy, strong messaging, and practical execution.
Step 1: Choose ONE Campaign
Select one of the following:
Option 1: Master Storyteller Academy (MSA)
Offer: $2,497 program (live + on-demand)
Goal: Drive qualified leads and convert them into enrollments
Audience: Coaches, speakers, and entrepreneurs who want to improve messaging,
storytelling, and sales

Option 2: Story to Stage Tour (Live Event)
Offer: In-person live event experience
Goal: Fill seats for an upcoming city (tickets are $197)
Audience: Coaches, speakers, and entrepreneurs who want to improve speaking and sales
Campaign: Local + digital campaign to drive registrations
Step 2: Build Your Marketing Plan
Create a clear, practical marketing plan for your selected campaign.
1. Campaign Strategy

2. Email Plan
Give us a real plan, not general ideas.

3. Content Plan

4. Ad Direction (High-Level)
? What types of ads would you run?

You are not expected to manage ad accounts, but you should clearly guide strategy.
5. Timeline
Break down the campaign.
