???? WE ARE HIRING: Income Assistance Call Center Worker (Work From Home)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our Social Services team as an Income Assistance Call Centre Worker fully remote / work from home.
This role is the first point of contact for clients applying for or receiving Income Assistance. You will help guide applicants through intake, gather accurate information, explain program requirements, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.

Job Title: Income Assistance Call Centre Worker
Work Setup: ???? Work From Home (Remote)
Work Schedule: 5 days per week 9AM - 5PM Winnipeg Time
Salary: $1,000 CAD per month
Work Type: Full-time
???? Key Responsibilities
* Answer and handle inbound calls from applicants and clients
* Conduct intake interviews and gather required information
* Assist with understanding forms and program requirements
* Maintain accurate and complete case notes
* Ensure confidentiality and privacy of all client information
* Identify risk cases and escalate when needed
* Provide clear, respectful, and trauma-informed communication

* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable handling sensitive information
* Ability to stay professional in high-pressure situations
* Experience in call centre, customer service, or social services
