We are looking for a highly capable Virtual Real Estate Assistant to support both marketing and transaction management.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Operations
• Organize and maintain files in Google Drive
• Create marketing materials using Canva (design boards, listing graphics,
• Schedule and manage social media posts via Later
• Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets
• Coordinate with vendors (photography, staging, signage, marketing orders, etc.)
Transaction Coordination & Sales Support
• Communicate with agents to share inventory and coordinate showings
• Manage transactions from contract to close
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, agents, and clients throughout the process
• Prepare and manage documents using ZipForms and DocuSign
• Track timelines, deadlines, and contract requirements
• Must be familiar with MLS systems and real estate contracts (Texas experience is a strong plus)

Requirements
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior real estate experience required (Texas market preferred)
