AI Video Producer (Higgsfield + ElevenLabs) — Pixar-Style Ads

ABOUT US
We are a German Direct-to-Consumer brand in the women's health space.
We produce 3D Pixar-style cartoon ads for Meta, TikTok, and Reels —
NOT classic UGC, NOT talking-head ads. We create animated characters
with personality that run as 9:16 vertical video ads. Our entire
production is AI-powered. (Brand name shared with shortlisted
candidates.)

THE ROLE
You are the person who turns our prompts into finished ad clips. We
give you everything pre-prepared: copy, image prompts, animation
prompts, voice descriptions, and step-by-step SOPs (Standard Operating
Procedures). Your job is the technical execution and final assembly.

We provide all tool logins (Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, etc.) — you don't
need your own accounts.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Starting as PART TIME (around 20-30 hours per week) at $6-10/hour
depending on experience. If you perform well in the first 4-8 weeks,
we upgrade to FULL TIME with higher pay and lead producer
responsibilities. We are looking for a long-term partner, not a
one-off freelancer.

YOUR DAILY WORKFLOW

Step 1 — Generate images (Higgsfield)
You receive image prompts from us. You generate the start frames for
each clip in 9:16 vertical, Pixar-style. If the result doesn't match,
you iterate the prompt independently until it fits.

Step 2 — Generate animations (Higgsfield)
You take the approved image and the animation prompt and generate
the video clip. You know how to troubleshoot when an animation looks
"dead" or off.

Step 3 — Generate voice (ElevenLabs)
You generate German voice-over tracks in ElevenLabs. We provide the
exact copy and voice description. You set Stability, Style, and
Speaker Boost correctly. You export clean audio files per clip.

Step 4 — Lip-sync (Higgsfield)
You combine the animated character clip with the German ElevenLabs
voice using Higgsfield's lip-sync feature. You verify the lip
movements match the German audio and iterate if needed.

Step 5 — Final assembly (CapCut)
You edit everything together in CapCut:
- Lip-synced character animations + voice
- Captions in our brand style (we provide the style guide)
- 3 final hook variations per ad (same body, different openers)
- Export in 9:16, 1080x1920, optimized for Meta and TikTok

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

AI TOOLS (core of the job):
- Higgsfield AI — proven experience with image generation, video
generation, AND lip-sync. You know the interface, the prompt
patterns that work, and how to troubleshoot bad outputs.
- ElevenLabs — voice generation experience. You know how to adjust
Stability, Style, and Speaker Boost. You can export clean
per-clip audio files.
- CapCut Pro — clean cutting, caption styling, timing, export
settings for Meta/TikTok

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- 9:16 vertical video format expertise
- Clean file management (clips, audio, finals named and organized)
- Connecting multiple AI tools in one workflow
- Lip-sync timing and audio-video synchronization
- Meta Ads and TikTok export settings

SOFT SKILLS:
- Self-directed iteration — when an image or animation doesn't fit,
you regenerate without asking. You can judge quality yourself.
- Eye for quality — you recognize when an animation looks "dead"
vs. alive, when lip-sync is off, when captions sit wrong.
- Fast turnaround — one complete ad (3 hook variations + 6 clips =
9 final clips) within 1-2 working days.
- Reliable communication — short progress updates, clear questions,
organized deliverables as download links.

LANGUAGE NOTE
You do NOT need to speak German. All copy and prompts come from us
in German — you only need to copy-paste them correctly without typos.
A German native speaker on our team reviews everything before launch.
